Getting STōK’d with STōK Cold Brew Coffee
Sometimes, you start working on a brand and fall in love. Other times, you were already a massive fan. That was the case when I learned we’d be working on social, digital, event, and influencer management work for STōK cold brew coffee. I found myself creating content for one of the world’s most delicious cold brews, including bringing their bold new Get STōK’d campaign to the masses on Instagram, Tik Tok, and through event activations at Beach Life Festival and the GoPro Mountain Games.
A talented Moosylvania team helped bring STōK to life. Creative director Sara Klarfeld, plus myself and Sara Hunt as ACDs, led a team of talented creatives like copywriter Delaney Ehrhardt, motion designers Dillon Sinasky and Dustin Sinasky, social strategist Arlee Phifer and content creator Nadia Lynch.
STōK’d on Social
The brand asked for a social bio that paid off the new campaign, and communicated what made STōK so deliciously different: a low and slow 10-hour brew that imbued the cold brew with an unmistakably hyped quality. Thus, I wrote their new hero line: Live Fast. Brew Slow.
Then, we embraced an informal, “online” tone to turn the brand’s social channels into a two-way conversation.
STōK’d In Real Life with ChickenJawsh
We brought STōK to the masses through spring/summer 2026 on-site activations at BeachLife Festival in Redondo Beach, CA and the GoPro Mountain Games in Vail, CO. With the Moosylvania team on-site, we served up cold brew and used both footprints as massive content capture opportunities. Teammates, including yours truly, captured iPhone content including man on the street interviews that turned into branded pieces that we scripted and posted.
Along for the ride was popular influencer ChickenJawsh, whose upbeat and optimistic personality embodied the “Get STōK’d” vibe. The team and I worked on briefing Josh for multiple content pieces, and helped live coach him at events to create lovable, relatable content. As our “STōKsperson,” Josh helped positively cement the brand in the mind of fans.
